President
The President looks after areas as follows:
- Attend and preside over monthly Director meetings, Executive Meetings and Annual General Meeting.
- Assist with events if and when requested by Event Directors.
- Negotiate contracts with show providers and vendors.
- Manage business of Association with assistance from Executive and Secretary-Treasurer.
1st Vice & 2nd Vice Presidents
The Vice Presidents look after areas as follows:
- resume duties of President in his/her absence.
- Assist event Directors if and when you are requested to do so.
- Attend all Director and Executive meetings.
- Assist with show planning and negotiation of all contracts.
